Little Tikes Cook N Learn - Birthday Cake Set Review

My son has the kitchen and we wanted to get more food to go with it.I found three more food sets and when we opened them up I was upset to discover that it did not interact with the kitchen and talk like the rest of the food did.The product description says RIFD technology that interacts with the kitchen, but it does not seem to have it.I even returned my first set of food thinking that it was broken, but my next set did not work as well.

I called the company and was told that the product has been discontinued and they had no information about why it says it is supposed to talk but doesn't.My son still loves it and could care less if it makes the kitchen talk or not, but I was disappointed in the false advertising on Amazon's part, that should be fixed.

Step2 Play Food 101-pc. Set Review

Good value for the money, which is very cheap compared to other play food sets, but that is partly because the quality is not be best.You can see the seams from the molds on some foods, and the color of some of the food isn't completely true to life, but it's nothing a child would notice though.One thing I wish were different were the types of food - it would have been good if there were less "junk food" (potato chips, donuts, pretzels, etc.), but with the surprise exception of some foods (no chicken??), I was generally quite happy with the selection of food. I agree with another reviewer though - I wish there were an index, because I couldn't identify some of the foods.
