To start with, it took 7 days for aBaby to ship the item. Then, the shipping was $2.50 more than stated on Amazon for the item, but was correct based on check out. That's only the start. The order never arrived and the company kept putting us off, saying it was in shipment by UPS. Finnaly, 23 days later they said it was lost in shipment. The replacement came in two days. So, we thought they had redeemed themselves. NO SO!. The item was given as a gift and is defective. When we tried to contact aBaby, they are closed from 9/29 to 10/8. What kind of company can afford to close for a week? Certainly not one that is reliable and expects to stay in business. DO NOT BUY FROM aBABY!
